      Pros

      This company values its employees in regards to salary as well as benefits. It is very much a community environment with plenty of activities and get togethers.

      Cons

      This company did employ some people that were totally useless. These people really hurt the company's bottom line, which is why only a small portion of the company is still in the US.

      Pros

      Very unfair with updates about the company. Cut thousands without notice of layoff. Decent pay for industry. However, DHL restructure will cut pay in half

      Cons

      In the last 8 months DHL gave away business causing thousands of layoffs which were a result of all but top 30 employees,put out of work. In a time when its competors gain business and revenue. The training is the worst. (two minutes brief training, then you're on your own). Not the best way to restructure a company. Reminds me of our banking system. No concern for hundreds of thousands families. They portait good faith but have none. Great disappoint when they bought out Airborne Express and the U.S. company into the ground

      Above-average compensation, and the fact that your job description is so incredibly fluid that you can make it what you want to make it. If you're ambitious, you have a crack at having a major positive impact

      Your job description (and the entire organization) is so incredibly fluid that it allows many to slip under the radar and never do an honest day's work to save their lives.
