Lots of company Swag, decent benefits.

Cons

This was the most toxic work environment that I have ever been in in over 40 years working. People who work here spend all their time protecting their jobs instead of doing their jobs. The management team who lead my department did not have a clue and zero background in the field. The entire company is at odds within the various divisions. Not to mention the Teamsters, the kind of union that gives unions a bad name for sure. HR department there to protect management not the employees. So very glad not to be there anymore. when I was there CEO has no clue or care about what his employees feel. If your not in the inner circle here prepare to fail. Hostile environment on all levels. Working here was traumatic, constantly anxious about the next confrontation that was common place here. Pay was poor.

You dont start until late You didn't have upper managment breathing down your neck I got to see a lot of new places

Cons

Upper managment and dispatch Late hours Uniforms were on "backorder" for 3 months Hourly lunch being docked even though legally they can only take 30 mins Lack of training

Pros

Great work culture amongst employees. Good benefits. For the most part, good local managers and leaders. Depending on location, you can luck out with a good schedule, mind this is a 24 hour operation.

Cons

It will drain you. Overloaded with tasks everyday and also dealing with 3rd party handling company problems, customers problems that are created by the 3rd party handlers and nonsense emails. It's incredibly demanding. Growth is limited if you're not willing to relocate. Also, certain times, favoritism takes place. Upper management is all over the shop. A lot of huff and puff but no action. Only chasing after their own goals so they can get their bonus; whoever struggles or needs assistance is on their own. Once they hit their targets, upper management will rotate around the country and your situation will reset once more. The HR department, at least in my area, is absolutely atrocious.
