Pay is not good enough for the stress, benefits for family are very expensive, team not supervisors are nice -always pushing to be faster and make less mistakes. Also during a peak time do you feel like, "I need a break". Well forget it, they take breaks away as it is lawful to do so but it is not fair. Brace yourself, need that lunch your not supposed to eat at your desk? You may have to wait till the last hour of your shift, Departmental needs you know!! Lots of overtime because they can't keep the building staffed, smart people quit shortly after training.
