Pros

high respect from managers, good working atmosphere, job is not complicated, everybody could do that, not stressful and good value for money you receive.

Cons

- training could be more in detailed, coworkers are working very independently, could be better control over conflicts among employees

Pros

sense of responsibility on the job. provides experience that you can use in other positions.

Cons

heavy work load / accounts, and not enough employees to handle it all. training for new employees seems to be lacking. training is one on one with another employee, or perhaps a few days with someone in management. total training is only for a week to two weeks. not nearly enough time to absorb all the information and lingo that goes with the position. this particular location was prone to having "cliques". an uninviting and unwelcoming atmosphere for newbies. lack of support from management.

Pros

BIg Company, lots of resources to capitalize on. good global footprint that not many can match. instant name brand recognition both good and bad

Cons

too many people, big company, very difficult to keep business. too operations focused. tail wagging the dog theory. if the customers requirements are outside the box, then it gets even more difficult to create solution. the incentive plan is very difficult to understand and manage. once you do get an understanding of it, then managing and insuring you get paid can be time consuming.
