No incentive program to do more than the bare minimum, little to no benefit for sticking with the company long term (moving into other roles and seniority either come with no raise at all or a minimal raise - ex people who have worked there for 20+ years only make $2 an hour more than new hires, and people who start as a general worker and later move into more skilled roles such as trainer, lift truck operator, etc. don't receive any raise or incentive at all.)
