DHL Supply Chain Module Operator reviews

AWFUL management, AWFUL turnover rate (50%+ not including temps), 4 different Operations managers in less than 2 years, hires supervisors from temp services and straight from 2 year college with no job experience. Capped hourly pay, no raises beyond $13. Do-nothings get paid the same as the hardest workers.

You can be a good worker and still have issues with the job. It does matter how good u do a job, u will always be guilty of doing your best. One example is that I was a module operator and we had to put our items up on the pallet. It takes a good 45 minutes to put everything up. Supervisor ask me why was my percentage was down. I explain to him and he was very ignorant about it and I agrue about the whole situation and it got me no where. I just want to walk out and leave, my suggested is never work for this company. It is a waste of time and to much unnecessary issues to put up with.
