Pros
Nothing besides knowledge in logistics, supervising and meeting great people. I guess great health benefits. Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing
Cons
Absolutely no work/life balance. Supervisor are normally forced to work 15 to 30 days in a row without so much as a 24 hour advance noticed. No compensation for supervisors. No bonuses. No comp days. Underpaid and overworked supervisors. Work 14 to 16 hours days. No appreciation. Often threaten to be written up, put on a pip, and even fired if you have a emergency or family matter come up on your scheduled off day. No promotion within. All OMs and GMs are friends outside of work which is how they were given their job. Will hire 6 GMs that make well over 100k a year instead of frontline supervisors that are essential to making set goals. Goals are unrealistic. Never given the tools or correct amount of associates to succeed. Punished with working on off days if unrealistic goals aren't achieved. Employees are unhappy. Turn over rate is high. Quality is poor. quality of associates that are hired is poor. Do the job of a floor lead instead of supervise because they rather take the floor leads position away to save the company money and over work supervisors instead of getting rid of corporate positions that aren't needed. They do not value the opinions other than their own. This is by far the worse job I have ever had. I do not recommend anyone to work here unless you want to be underpaid and have no life outside of this company.
