      The healthcare benifits with Exel are excellent. You oportunity to learn Lean distribution and inpact change is excellent. Your ability to learn how to staff a building

      The salary, the advancement oportunity, The hours are not consistent, There is little home work life balance. Your peers may not be college educated

      Very good pay and pay structure Outstanding benefits Great people Management team very competent Good information sharing from management team Willing to invest in the business - technology, training, etc.

      Cons

      Limited career advancement opportunities for functional team members Does not take advantage of being part of the huge organization of Deustche Post-DHL Process and direction from DP-DHL can get in the way Training and development of team is basically lip service - plenty of resources but not afforded time for personal development

      Just be thankful you have a job. Well that what management always tell us when we complain. probably a great company for management but horrible if your an hourly employee.

      Cons

      no annual pay raises and no advancement. sad for a company that made 4.7 billion in revenue.
