      In my experience I have learned how to deal with a lot of BS people and BS situations.

      Pros

      Minimum of 40 hours guaranteed. We work 4 days 10 hour shifts, and most weeks you can work an extra day and get time and a half pay. Some weeks when were real busy they allow 6 days and even 7 where you get double pay.

      Cons

      Most supervisors don't know how to do their job, they take the tracking system to the max to where it is ridiculous and they follow you around by the system and cameras. Basically they think you are a convict and think you're going to make a break for it any chance you get.

      Pros

      Our operations manager is open-minded with scheduling issues Current management team makes an effort to build and reinforce morale and work ethic.

      Cons

      Management appears to be too cheap to pay for and maintain basic supplies. Management seems to know employees are prone to dissatisfaction with lack of warehouse supplies, but does not seem to care about providing concrete resolutions to this problem. This is why instead of receiving supplies, we are furnished with anti-union posters on the breakroom wall. If we d-i-d have a union, we would probably be stiffed more than ever on supplies, and be subjected to paper-tiger memos threatening us with being fired if we didn't get more productive (yawn). I don't think anyone would need a union if we had the tools to do our jobs.

      Pros

      You have a wide range of customers which will give you opportunites to gain experience in a variety of different operations.

      Cons

      Since it is a 3rd party company there is a huge demand from the customers with little to no recognition when sites perform well. The salary is below the average compared to other companies. Tend to work consistant long hours. The opportunities for advancement are slim.
