Where to start… constant restructures and changes making you feel insecure. You’ll only do well if management like your face, If not, forget it. Managers have been there for years so think it’s ok to micromanage. They do not care about mental health or disabilities so avoid if this is important to you. Will give you other people’s workload without offering pay rises etc. Completely alienate you if you’re not part of the ‘clique’. You’ll do work and managers that do nothing will take credit for it. Seriously, if you value your wellbeing, avoid at all costs….
