Excellent growth opportunities, lots of internal learning avenues. Points are capped at 8, however, you can earn points back for perfect attendance and you can miss two days for one point. Insurance is amazing once you hit the one year mark. Wages are on a progressive scale so there is no “I like you better so I’ll pay you more” Very transparent about changes and improvements being made. Perfection should be a magical word because it doesn’t exist. If you’re looking for a company that strives to create an inclusive environment where everyone’s opinion matters, DHL is a great company to work for.
