Pros

Typical warehouse environment with 12 hour shifts (6 to 6). Good training program. Entry level only positions to get in door. Opportunity for advancement. Plenty of overtime.

Cons

You must do your time as entry level employee before they will discuss career advancement. Regardless of your experience. Standing on concrete and steel for entire shift takes a toll on the body

Pros

You have a job to go to instead of having nothing. I have nothing else to say about the company.

Cons

They don't care about you or your family. They show no sympathy, you get docked for everything. If you have an emergency and have to leave work weather it's your kids or a family member you will get an accurance for that. NO SICK TIME!!! You don't get a raise because they say your at the max already. They will have you thinking you will be getting a raise or have the opportunity to but its just a hype to get you to stay.
