Employer under utilizes employees skills to keep contracts. Even if not worth keeping, just to keep money flowing in.

Pros
Have a job that pays salary They give out t-shirts to compensate for poor quality of work, but not all get same benefit. They are not consistent across the board with extras.
Cons
Health insurance sucks 401k is lacking matching they keep you were they need you even if you are not working or growing they do not play to your skill strengths but let them rot benefits are the worst, they trick you into thinking you got a good deal Customer is always right even if it means you do nothing to grow, the program goes nowhere.

Average salary for most employees.
Cons
Poor 401 k compared to industry peers. DHPC suffers from nepotism & cronyism. Former year end bonus pay either gone or small by past standards. Company top heavy with a large highly paid overhead staff. High rate of employee turnover compared to peer companies.
