Pros
Great communication between departments. Plenty of work and ad-hoc projects. Management has an open door policy. Management is open to new ideas, big or small. Nice office space and workstation space. Pay is competitive. Benefits are average for area.
Cons
It would be nice for some telework options if feasible. Maybe even an 10hr per day work week. Would also save the company some money on overhead cost.
