Pros

Supportive coworker and managers, always backing you up to help with any issue possible to fix anytime some mistake happens but mostly independent work the rest of the time..

Cons

Little to no socialization during tasks should there be any cooperation for improvement on work performance. Patients can be demanding but overall not too much of a deal breaker
