Pros

I Can not think of any....a paycheck I guess

Cons

Direction is unclear as well as the future. Company is owned by an investment group that will not spend money for upkeep or improvements of the facilities. The plants are all rat holes. Employee moral is very low and turnover is high.

Pros

The company is fair. They offer a flexible work schedule for all salary and hourly employees , and the pay is competitive.

Cons

However, the advancement opportunities for certain positions in the company are limited. I found this to be the most unattractive aspect about the company throughout my tenure.
