      Employee discount is pretty cool

      Cons

      They act like they cant afford hours for employees...just to cover the daily schedule of business. Never enough help to satisfy their expectations..bosses always hounding employees about getting customers to get credit cards,warranties, and scorecards...only so they can get a better bonus, the ones who do the work get nothing!.

      Pros

      You get to interact with customers, and develop associates with fun stuff. Discount is ok, but prices are too high to start with.

      Cons

      Very poor middle management, poor integrity, playing favorites, and they can't make up their minds on what is important. Company tries so many new things that they never get good at anything. Resources are not available so reactive behaviors are the norm. If you still work there update your resume there are great jobs out there, and you can get your work life balance the way it should be. If you are looking to apply there I don't recommend it.
