Horrendous working conditions and hours for anyone not in the corporate office. Pay was incredibly low, up to 10k under market value. Time off was earned at an abysmally slow rate for non-exempt employees. Management is poor across the organization, continually demonstrating they are more interested in padding their own pockets than doing what's best for their employees and customers. Layoffs are on the rise.

It depends on the store you are at. I used to love the job and didnt hate going to work. Then at a different location woth different DM,s and RVP’S it makes you dread going to a place that is so poorly run. Especially when you have seen higher standards and worked in them.
