      Pros

      Lots of room to grow.

      Cons

      Good ol' boys club in upper management. Also unlrealistic expectations lack of hours given to compleate projects within time constraints. Due to the lack of hours given salary managers are expected to work 50-60 hour weeks with no compensation.

      Management positions are consistently given to outsiders compared to people that have worked hard for company for years. No good raises ever and completely over worked during November to February....

      Pros

      -Working at a place that involves the things you love to do and are passionate about is awesome. -Co-workers are usually pretty good, lots of turnover though. -Prodeals are the major perk working here, the discount can vary from item to item which bites.

      Cons

      -Fluctuating hours all of the time, one week you have 30 the next you have 8. -They change the schedule on you via a KRONOS app and expect you to check daily for changes, you will show up when your not supposed to be there and you will get a phone call saying you are supposed to be at work. -Pay is pretty weak, worked at this store for 6 years when younger and came back for a part time job when I went back to school. Starting pay the first time I worked there was 8.50 and I left when making 10. Came back and they offered me the same amount I started out at ALMOST 10 YEARS AGO!!!
