I have worked there for 6+ years and haven't moved up without getting demoted. 20 cent raises only come around once a year. I have had bad experiences with several managers and having consistent hours. Full time is considered to be 30 hours so don't expect to get more than 20 hours a week. Also, expect random cuts in hours and then managers not telling you that they changed or cut your schedule.

District management forgets what it is like to be at a store level. Too many leaders not enough followers. Theft is high. Unreasonable expectations at times. Payroll is slim. High turnover.
