Pros

Relax dress code, great if you love sports, meet all types of different people, flexible working hours, willing to accomadate changes in schedule.

Cons

Full time associates rarely receive 40 Hour work weeks, work alone in your department 90% of the time, Rarely get performance feedback except for when review is given, performance review raise has already been determined before review has been discussed with associate, consistently covering multiple departments with-in the store.

Pros

They let me take off whenever I need it as long as I give them three weeks notice. Managers work hard and will recognise employees who go above and beyond.

Cons

Chronically understaffed. High level of stress for such a low paying job. Turnover is very high. You will see new faces every few weeks. Decisions made at the corporate level will make you shake your head.
