Pros
Positive working environment, fun coworkers, decent employee discount, good opportunities to get familiarized with the products in the store and helping customers find what they need.
Cons
Management is pretty disorganized. Schedules are supposed to be put out a couple of weeks in advanced but it's usually four days max. Not enough hours. Not enough training before they throw you onto the sales floor not knowing what on earth you're doing.
