Pros

Salary and benefit is decent

Cons

Everything else. Money is good but rest is terrible. Toxic, gossip, back stabbing, super fake, counter productive meetings, over working for no reason, talking someone's back is normal here. On boarding is a joke and new person is simple burden to everyone. Leadership or management put dump on you cause they are over worked and miserable. Very cliques. Relocation has 1 year repayment rule and it will be the longest one year you will experience. People who stay here long, either they have family or previous companies they worked for were worst ever so they are thankful in this horrible environment. I'm not the case, I experienced positive and amicable team so definitely this company is no no.

Pros

The only good thing about working there is the employee discount. And even that it's only 20%. The military discount is better than that.

Cons

The management takes advantage of the young employees that don't know how they should be treated in the work environment. I worked 14 hour shifts regularly because we were so short. I worked ridiculous hours and the managers made me feel guilty if I couldn't come in when someone else called out. Management is where everything is going wrong here. They don't are about the employees. To them the associates are only bodies to stand at registers. No growth opportunity here unless you're one of their favorites.
