Long Shifts

Pros

Discount 25% off soft goods and 10% off hard goods

Cons

They make you work really long shifts with no breaks. they would schedule me for just under 8 hours so I couldn't get a lunch. There is a lot of pressure to sell credit cards and sporting cards. They don't tell you any information about credit cards either. The managers also hover and would yell at you through the headset.

Pros

Decent discount. Very flexiable hours. Lots of hours given. Could really improve marketing and sales skills due to talking to alot of people

Cons

This job had very poor management. The pay was ridiculous. They complained the payroll was too high. Thats due to overpaying employees that dont anything. Dont work here. Waste of time. Never room for growth unless you stay there for 5 years....
