Pros

The associates were mainly good people and fun to work with and the hours were decent for full time

Cons

Management is a joke. There is little to no follow through when promises are made and there is absolutely no accountability whatsoever in the store. Every associate is held to a different standard and associates that perform poorly but have a good relationship with management get away with their bad behavior, whereas top performing associates are taken advantage of constantly to pick up slack instead of enforcing rules and targeting and eliminating negative behaviors in associates.

Pros

I like that I can wear sporting clothes such as t-shirts and basketball shorts, it is close to my house, There are some friendly co-workers.

Cons

The management is poor, you dont get a break, even with longer shifts. The managers will tell you one thing, then yell at you for doing it. No one is on the same page.
