Task load and standards are too complex. Quality of life for employees doesn't exist. Academy has us running scared so it is just getting worse. Morale in the majority of markets is very low. Every DM I know of is scared of finding out that "the jet" has landed in their market. Twelve DMs and at least two RVPs have been let go in the last six months and it has created a terrible culture of instability.

There definition of full time is different than what most would think. Even though your title is full time they will keep you around 32 hours a week to save on pay roll. Even if it means not having sales associates on the floor. One reason I left also is because one of their stores intentionally withheld information from me to do an internship at their head quarters while I was at college. The reason for this was that the store wanted to keep my selling capabilities during that time frame.
