      - Management is understanding of your other priorities/availability - The environment isn't too serious, people crack jokes, have fun, but also get work done - Not a difficult job

      Cons

      - Management isn't very good at communicating with each other or with their employees - Not that this is a con, but this is retail, so expect nothing more than that - Management tries to squeeze as much as possible out of you

      Pros

      Good people,Customers and Managers, Decent pay if you stay with the company for a while. Very Flexible schedules for hourly employees. Good working experience for college students. Good products discounts and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Holidays take you away from your family. Little room for advancement. Management is rarely higher from within. They cut hours last minute to save money on payroll. If you're a manager you don't get treated well for your work. High turn Over rates.

      If you work hard, it will get noticed; most managers I've worked with are friendly and take their jobs seriously.

      Cons

      Pay rates are not the best; benefits for part-time associates are minimal; even full-time employees don't get more than 30 hours a week sometimes; lacking leadership within some departments.
