it is desireable and fun merchandise to work with

Cons

desired state of operational completeness and reality of resources to execute do not match payroll budgets leave too few associates to effectively perform customer service and operational task

Pros

Fairly good benefits package, especially for retail Great co-workers Laid-back environment

Cons

Rude customers (like every retail job). But, they get even ruder when there aren't enough employees to cover departments, which happens almost daily. Bad employees make life more difficult for good employees, and store management is not willing to fire anyone.

Pros

Very easy job, usually great customers, sports always on the tv's

Cons

Mid management is going south, lack of hours, regional and district managers love to cut hours to stay way under their budget to pad their end of year bonus. Most of the time your working two or three departments, on a busy day.
