Pros

Great benefits and resources to help you be successful in your role

Cons

Not a lot of transparency around major reorganizations or big announcements. Limited opportunities for advancement—some internal roles move up, but many senior positions are filled externally.

Pros

- Recommended For Anyone Who is just Starting Out as Entry Level - When I was working, I was ellible for quarterly bonus based on the store's performance. If the store reached a minimum sales goal by the end of the quarter, everyone in my group would get a % increase of every shifted they worked per hour throughout the entire quarter

Cons

It is a stressful position requiring you the multi-task, especially in a high volume customer environment. As long as you are able to stay calm, cool, and collective while doing everything they asked, you should be fine.

Pros

The pay The benefits The team

Cons

On my first day store Manager was already telling me negative comments about my personality while trying to gossip about her employees and possible mental health disorders. Within a week I was told the team doesn't trust or know me and to step it up. She also told me I had to give personal information to the team for them to trust me Not ADA,Fire, or weights and measures compliant and they don't care when I refused to lie about it I was offered a demotion. Only criticism and not appreciated while expected to go above and beyond They do anything to look good and save money to get their bonus Management gossiping about everyone Employees ask for hours or help to accomplish something or make a department better are told no and not given another solution and then blamed for the task not being done Employees are asked to tasks work a different department that are a safety risk for that employee. No training FAVORITISM. I left within 6 months to a lower paying job for my mental health and to not be apart of what is going on here.
