Amazing Company and Benefits!

I loved my time spent at this company. I can say the company takes great care of it's employees in terms of benefits. The flexibility and salary/bonus incentives were amazing, including the healthcare, etc. as well. Everyone is super friendly and willing to work together. It always felt like people were genuinely grateful to work for the company.

Cons

The company seems to really struggle with direction and overall goals. It's easy for teams to get off track because there is never a proper alignment prior to work being started which leads to a lot of confusion and constant change. I would not recommend work here for someone that is not comfortable with their work potentially never being used :(

Employee discount on stuff. That’s it.

Cons

Company has enough money to match 401k and to open a FOURTH store brand, but they can’t pay their employees enough and give them enough hours. Also good luck moving in the company.

Empty promises from management, screwed by corporate

Friendly atmosphere nice people to work with. Boss that listens to me.

Cons

Corporate lies to you. They let the managers make promises but then don't fill those managers promises. They pay you garbage. Vacation time is a joke because you have to work for 2 years without taking a single day off in order to get your one week off. Ever since covid, this company has made promises to the employees that it has failed to follow through on and we get screamed at by the customers and corporate doesn't even bat an eye. We bend to make these people happy and they still aren't happy. We don't get anything for going above and beyond other than an attaboy and getting told that's what they're going to hold us to from now on. No pay incentives, no bonuses, nothing to ensure that we continue to do that. They just want more and more while paying us dirt. You can go to Target work part-time and make more than a full-time employee here.
