      Pros

      Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The work/life balance couldn't be beat.

      Cons

      Unwritten rules among upper management was difficult to navigate if you weren't part of their team. Departments didn't work well together and ultimately failed the clients. Too many politics to get anywhere in the company. Good old boys club ruled everything.

      Pros

      Co-workers were great. This sentence is to help fulfill the twenty word minimum. Almost there... There, that did it.

      Cons

      Change made a great place to work a nightmare. All the quality people left or are leaving. Employees are thought of as human capital. At first sign of trouble, benefits cut and menial raises suspended.

      Pros

      This was once a great company. They paid well, had a stable organizational structure, and nice benefits like 401k matching.

      Cons

      As the company grew larger, drastic changes started happening. Politics took over. People were shuffled around into positions they were not suited for. Benefits and pay raises started to be stripped away just to save a dollar. Any feedback given was met with excuses. The changes drove away many employees that had been there for years and knew the business like the back of their hand.
