I don’t think there are any pros to working for this company.

Cons

Company being sold over and over again management being changed over and over again good O’Boys network always in place and they have the last say in everything.

I have now been working at Disa for two years and three days. I love this job, the place is great. Almost all of upper management are friendly and will help you if you need it. During Hurricane Harvey, we of course couldn't work, but we were still paid because of inclement weather. When we came back everyone was given 200 dollar gift cards plus others were given a bonus for logging in and working from home if we were able to. When we have had various floods in here in Houston and the office was closed, or when we had the freeze and couldn't work we were still paid for inclement weather. Overall Disa is a great place to work, everyone is friendly and want to be at work. Whenever there are new positions open Disa tries and promotes from within every single time. The CEO might not know your name but every time he sees you he will say hi and ask how you are doing.
