Pros

steady income, good co workers

Cons

management is a mess, no one is on the same page, lots of discrimination, Voted #1 worst place to work in America 2 years in a row, and boy did they live up to that name. you only get promoted if management knows you, or really likes you.

Pros

Pay checks do not bounce.

Cons

Favoritism runs rampant. Management could not tell the truth if their lives depended on it.. Nothing is ever Dishes fault., it is always the agent. Hostile work environment Open door policy is a myth.
