Potential to earn money in different ways including sales and monthly performance bonuses. You will get a lot of free stuff like t-shirts and DVDs from HBO and Showtime.

Cons

Pros

Nice perks and fast advancement! Shift differentials, monthy bonuses, no cost/reduced dish services, monetary and non-monetary prizes (daily, weekly and/or monthly), and decent benifits. Close nit teams with family friendly atmosphere!

Cons

Strick rules and regulations that must be followed! Very structured, inflexible schedule once assigned, very strict attendance policies...

Pros

Great hourly pay compared to other local employers. Unlimited Overtime. Great 401k match. Good benefits. Overall pleasant work atmosphere. Management open door policy great. Awesome place.

Cons

Some few supervisors and trainers need more supervision to make sure they are ethical. But not a big problem. Besides that no cons at all.
