Focus on development. Exposed to different aspects of the business. Salary is okay.

Cons

Middle Management is disregarded totally and no opinions are considered. Workload is 60+h that you have to fit in 40h which is not possible so the expectation is to have it done no matter what meaning 20h is your time off and login work.
