Pros

*Paid Time Off. * Training. * Site Culture.

Cons

* Insurance * Pay * Ever-Increasing workload. * Work - Life Balance. You can gain a ton of experience and become a well rounded professional in the Telecommunications industry; however you will quickly learn that this is not a job that you retire from. There is always uncertainty regarding job security due to the companies financial decisions. The more high quality work you complete, the more work you are handed. The only "recognition" you receive for a job well done is more work. The pay starts off great, but quickly becomes unacceptable for the level of work that is required/expected. If you wish to spend meaningful, productive time with those you supervise to really help them succeed then you take your work home to finish it.
