We're sorry to hear about your experience with the leadership team. Our leaders work hard to represent the DISH Way and lead by example. We are saddened to hear that was not your experience. We’re constantly working to improve, and feedback is critical to our growth. Thank you for your contributions.

Pros

- Most of the people working at Dish are well intentioned and want to do good work.

Cons

- Benefits are average at best - Limited flexibility. They have a tracking tool that follows pretty much where you are at all times. They'll explain away why it's not actually a tracking tool but it very much is. - The executive culture isn't good. Charlie Ergen (the founder) has surrounded himself with "yes-men" and it's very much a "the Emperor wears no clothes" situation. There are good executives but their ideas are quickly squashed if Charlie doesn't agree. - Dish wants to become a tech company but doesn't want to offer the salary, flexibility, benefits, culture, etc necessary to get there. - Very few certain/specific people are given the opportunity to work from home with no rhyme or reason but they will not even consider it for most employees.
