You have to badge out to go outside / leave the building. They measure your productivity against 8.5 hours per day, which doesn’t include any time you have badged out. People walk in circles, inside the building, to get away from their desks. If you want to go outside for a walk or get lunch then you will need to make up that time. HR leader tried to get us more flexibility and decent working environment the last couple of years, but DISH culture squashed his attempts.

No way to trust your leaders and as a people manager it gave me ulcers knowing what we were asking of the team while planning to lay them off, fire, change their goals and on and on. Tried my best to build my team but had to leave carrying a heavy load of survivors guilt
