-Back to back calls -Overseas agents mess up accounts and escalation department has to fix said issues -Awful and racist customers -Micromanaging -Keeps implementing useless AI tools that make your job harder to please stockholders

During my time there, they played favorites. My manager was lazy and never worked, yet they've been promoted several times. Don't waste your time there unless you suck up to certain managers.

Lateral movement is pretty easy. You can always take more on, but can’t offload once you own it.

Cons

Stress and toxicity tend to peak through during annual review season. Moving up seems to be kept to the favorites.
