Decent place to work

Pros

You will face challenges, and have a good amount of latitude in how you deal with them. There are a lot of good, hard working people there.

Cons

Inflexible management, especially when it comes to remote work. Some favorites are given exceptions to be fully remote, while everyone else is in office 5 days a week. If you show yourself to be competent, you will end up overworked. The money and benefits aren't good.

We appreciate you highlighting that we have many good, hard working people who are given latitude in handling challenges. We understand your concerns regarding management, specifically around remote work and perceived inconsistencies. We strive for fairness and are continually reviewing our flexible work policies for all employees. We are also actively focused on competitive compensation and workload management to support our teams. Thank you for this valuable, balanced input.

Pros

The pay and the benefits are good

Cons

Management is awful and lays off people without regard to performance. Has very strange rules about how performance is measured.

Pros

There's a lot of money to be made if you're good at your role. HR isn't great at all, and off-site. Attendance is extremely strict, and you can be let go for any number of reasons, including policy violations for first time violations. Managers are overworked and, unless you're performing well, can't go to bat for you because they don't have the time. Turnover is extremely high due to stress and the above. Brutal 6-week training before you can earn any real money, and it will realistically be about 3-4 months before you get the hang of things.

Cons

Lots of gray area surrounding policy 4-10's but it's a pretty brutal work day, the way to really earn is working your day off

We are pleased to see that our performance-based earning potential is a highlight for you, as we strive to reward the hard work and dedication of our top performers. At the same time, we recognize that the intensity of our training program and the demands of a four-day work week can be significant, particularly during the initial months on the job. Hearing about your experience with our management support and policy enforcement is helpful, as we are committed to fostering a more balanced and supportive environment for all employees, regardless of their tenure. Our goal is to ensure our teams feel equipped to succeed without feeling overwhelmed, and we value the feedback regarding how our internal structures impact your day-to-day stress levels.
