Pros

The starting pay is $11/an hour.

Cons

It's all about corporate; they don't seem to care about the people working for them and they take advantage of their employees.

Pros

Free DISH service now includes 250 channel package (recent upgrade from 120). Okay money while you look for something else if you can last.

Cons

Senior management is terrible. They create policies to treat people like dirt. No one will stand up and say anything so it just goes on and gets worse. They put you in positions that require you to break the rules in order to succeed in their system. There is usually very little room to advance without relocation. Not that it matters because most people don't want to stick around that long anyway.

Pros

Just like any other job, for new installer, the mentor that you get makes all the difference. Management does not seem to be well aware of the quality of the agents that they have.

Cons

It may look like an easy job, but this was a very hard and essential: Dishnetwork has to have people out set up new services because of high customer turn over rate.
