Pros

The best thing about working at Dish was the long hours and stablity. They let me work overtime and I had benefits. The only way I was able to make any money was through the overtime. Also, the three day weekends that we had were nice, when you actually got them.

Cons

The bad things about working at dish were the low pay, horrible treatment from upper management with the attitude of "Our way or the highway," mountains of corporate red tape, very little concern for moral, working employees into the ground until they quit or got fired. A poor local reputation as an employer.

Pros

Company had cutting edge equipment. Very customer oriented and always offering promotions. Do an excellent job training associated to effectively assist customers.

Cons

Not many opportunities to grow within the company. Call centers overseas caused many customer to cancel services. Many times made to read a script to customers and were not allowed to vary from it. Causing customer complaints and employees were robots
