Hate it

Pros

Not really anything good about it.

Cons

There are constant channel takedowns, they don't tell you that they're constantly losing channels and adjusting the commission so you earn less and less plus they had a system wide shut down and the "fair compensation" was not much.

Pros

The first two months of pay

Cons

When hired they don't tell you everything about how you get paid or what effect your pay. They have a PA system that ranks you, however you are so called protected from the PA system for 90 days that why the pay is good. After protection is over you can go from taking 30 to 40 calls to 6 to 10 call a 10 hour shift. That means you get paid the minimum. Get the JOB they have a high turnover when you have it look for a career not a job. Horrible benefit!!!
