Pros

So there are many pros working for Dish Network. You can make a decent salary if you stick with the job and hit your metrics. As of right now there are 4 tech levels. Each tech level is a increase of 10% in salary. Every year you get a yearly evaluation which you can make up to 3% more. Each pay period You have the ability to make up $350 extra for maxing out your metrics. Most of the year overtime is very easy to come by especially in the summer. 4 day work weeks. Selling products on jobs translate into points which you can redeem practically anything from flights, hotels, home appliances, TVs, clothes, jewelry you name it. (It's like Amazon). Also you get discount on services and products that the company has. There are many offices across the US which you can transfer to. There are opportunities to work out of market for 6 days a week. It usually ranges for at least 3 weeks to a month or so at a time in areas that need help. Working out of market. You get put up in a hotel and get per diem while being there.

Cons

I will say if you're not comfortable with working in acclimate weather this job will probably not be for you. There are days where you have to work in the blazing heat, pouring rain and freezing cold. Some work days can be very long and leave you exhausted. There are definitely going to be houses that are messy, disgusting and very unpleasant houses that you'll have to service. Most customers are nice but there will be some that are very rude. The number one thing that everyone will agree on that works or has worked for DISH will complain about is sales. They push push push sales. 24/7 every single day. You can be doing excellent in everything else but if you can't sell any products it really doesn't even matter. Sales are King and if You're uncomfortable with selling product to customers I wouldn't even apply because you will hate it.
