Pros

The money is great. They have good benefits & the management team is fantastic. Lots of room for advancement.

Cons

The days can be long, and most of the people calling in are upset about something. This is why the compensation is so great. The attendance policy is very strict, and getting an occurrence for being sick with a doctors excuse is not great.
