Benefits, but you can get benefits pretty much anywhere.

Cons

The managers are all so afraid of losing their jobs, they go on a constant power trip. They will always try to find ways to screw you out of your commission. Everyone is FAKE. You could be one of the strongest people there, and they won't acknowledge it. Honestly, just don't even do it. Keep looking for employment and don't waste your time and energy. In my time there I watched that entire site turn over almost. Nobody wants to stay, so nobody does.
