Ergen is the KING of burn em and churn em, and the attitude rolls down hill.

Pros

Introduction to the industry. Innovative equipment. Forward thinking regarding the equipment and installation quality.

Cons

No money, overworked, no appreciation for hard work and effort. They are NEVER satisfied. The 4 days on, 4 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off schedule is the standard for 365 days a year. (even Christmas Day) Even at that, 110 hours in two weeks is average. They go through people so much that getting a promotion is nearly impossible because the multi/managers approval is hard to get from a revolving door.

Pros

Because it’s always changing you have no choice but to grow and learn which is good

Cons

Politics rule here, you get criticized nonstop but can never challenge the status quo - you never get acknowledged for your work it’s always ” cool your work alone saved us $$$$ but that’s your job and you could have done more” - don’t expect flexibility or understanding- everyone I know has gotten racially harassed, mocked for having a college degree (crazy but true), inappropriately talked to by peers, laid off, or get their boundaries crushed. People stay because they have Stockholm syndrome not because we get treated well - benefits are not great just like the founder and the current CEO
