      Pros

      Great company to work for and leadership gives you every opportunity to be creative and move up. Pay is very competitive and vacation package is comparable to some of the larger companies.

      Cons

      Contracts are spread out of across the US and that presents a challenge to projects because of resources.

      Pros

      Very tight nit. Professional. Employees are taken care of and supportive of each other. A small company with great potential for advancement and one that allows individuals a lot of latitude when working with customers.

      Cons

      Small size can be detrimental when contracts end. There may not be an immediate position to transfer into.
