      * Co-workers are very helpful * Remote * Good work-life balance * Working with up-to-date tech ( Vue, .NET 7 )

      Cons

      * Working with Vue2 instead of Vue3. I personally prefer Vue2 so this is not a con for me. * Have to put in hours worked. Minor 1 min inconvenience every day.

      Incompetence in corporate

      Pros

      It's a job when the tech industry is rough. you have some flexibility in your work schedule depending on the site. The work isn't difficult and it's a good defense industry stepping stone to somewhere better.

      Cons

      Corporate is extremely incompetent. This year alone they've missed up raises, forgot to add employees to insurance, and messed up everyones 401k. They promised better insurance and quality raises to the team. Instead they increased insurance costs an astronomical amount, almost 60% in some cases. Getting ahold of any member of HR is near impossible. Ignore the fake 5 star reviews, most members working under them can't wait for the contract to go to another company.
