4yDLB encourages feedback from our employees to make the environment as professional and fun as we can. It sounds like this is a frustrating experience and things can happen that we may not even be aware of.
We believe in continuous improvement. The management team and HR offer open-door policies to discuss situations where we need to do better.
We need to be made aware when things happen so we can fix them. Please give us the opportunity to do so.
